If you are located more than 15 miles from the center of Park City or Salt Lake City, a $1.50 per mile travel cost will be added and directly compensated to our therapists.

Massage Policies

When Making a Payment

A credit card is to be secured on file with us over the phone or through our website on a need-to-know basis until your reservation is complete which then the payment is processed. ~ No deposit is Required.

If you'd like to pay in person for which your card will not be billed, we can accept all major credit cards, Venmo, or Cash.

Gratuity to your therapist is not included in menu service fee’s unless stipulations explained are inclusive in your booking.

Our therapists are valued members of our team and keep all tips and gratuity given after the service. General Service gratuity etiquette is 20%.

Payment via credit cards placed on file: A 3.7% processing fee will be added for this form of payment and a 20% gratuity will be added for your therapist(s).

For Corporate/Large Group payments exceeding $1500 per transaction ~ a 4% processing fee will be applied.

Rate Change Claus: Please note ~ our service menu rates may change over time. We reserve the right to update future reservations to the current rates for date of booking.

Our Service Penalty Fee

To Avoid Full service fee Penalty we require the Following:

You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or reduce your appointment length.
2 week Notice For Modifications/Cancellation for large Groups Utilizing 4 or more Therapists And multiple Day Reservations.

Rescheduled sessions need to be made upon cancellation and within a weeks time. beyond that, your reservation will adhere to our cancellation policy.
We understand that unexpected life circumstances arise from time to time, and we'll do our best to accommodate situations as they occur. In consideration of other clients scheduled around your reservation, those who were turned away due to full scheduling, and the valued time of our therapists, please help us by honoring our cancellation policy as stated above.

Travel & Accommodations

Please do not schedule or keep your appointment if you are acutely ill. We recommend and appreciate that you shower before your massage. Please inform us of any injuries, chronic illnesses, or allergies when booking so we can make informed and appropriate adjustments to your treatment.

We make every effort to reach you even in challenging weather conditions. If we cannot safely travel to your location, we will offer you our next available appointment to reschedule your session.

Your therapist(s) will arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time

Please ensure parking is available for each therapist. If parking is not accessible at your location, we will be unable to provide services. Any parking fees incurred by our therapists will be added to your service total.

Needed space for our setup is A clear 4.5 x 9 ft Area per therapist/massage table. Please ensure the area chosen will be for where each therapist will be set up for the duration of your scheduled Sessions.

Informed Consent

Conduct Policy

By hiring our therapists for therapeutic services, you understand and consent to treatment and agree to the following:

Medical Limitations: Massage therapists do not diagnose illness or injury, prescribe medication, or serve as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.

Physician Clearance: If you are under a physician's care due to surgery or other illness/treatment such as chemotherapy, you must obtain medical clearance to receive therapeutic massage and inform your therapist of any limitations or areas of concern so we can provide a safe treatment experience.

Chemotherapy: Please wait at least one week after your most recent treatment before scheduling services with us.

Minor Services: A parent or legal guardian must remain present at the location throughout the entire session when a minor is receiving treatment. Please inform your therapist of any known injuries, allergies, or medical conditions. All above terms apply to minor clients as well.

Prenatal Services: You confirm that you have received physician clearance for massage therapy and agree to keep your therapist informed of any changes to your health or your baby's health so we can adjust treatment accordingly.

Risk Acknowledgment: You understand that massage therapy carries some inherent risks, including but not limited to superficial bruising, temporary muscle soreness, and potential aggravation of unknown injuries. You release your therapist from liability for these potential outcomes.

Be Well At Home is a professional mobile massage therapy service provided by licensed local practitioners. We offer only the therapeutic services listed in our menu and do not tolerate inquiries for services outside our scope of practice. Full draping policies are strictly maintained and enforced in accordance with Utah State Law.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time. Clients will be charged 100% for booked services in such instances, and any inappropriate conduct will be reported to local authorities.

How Should I Prepare for my session?

Please be showered prior to your session.

Undressing: Disrobe to your comfort level. You may choose to be "robe ready" for easier transition onto the massage table. We will step out of the room while you position yourself under the sheet and blanket, then return to begin your session.

We recommend removing bras or undershirts to allow full access to your back, though you're welcome to keep undergarments on if preferred.

Intake Process: Before your session begins, your therapist will conduct a brief health intake, discussing your medical history, treatment goals, areas to focus on or avoid, and any questions or concerns you may have. Our practitioners customize each session to meet your individual needs and pressure preferences.

Draping Standards: We follow Utah state massage therapy laws for proper draping techniques, which allow access to one body area at a time while keeping all other areas covered. Your modesty and comfort are our priority.
